Strategy. Data. Social Good.

Andi Argast

I’m a strategist, researcher, and facilitator working in the intersection of digital technology and the social good sector.

Most recently, I was the Design, Evidence and Insight Lead at Girl Guides of Canada. Previously, I was a policy advisor for the former provincial minister of Research, Innovation & Science, and before that, I managed a digital literacy program for the social good sector at a small Toronto-based nonprofit organization. LinkedIn has all my work-related details if you’re curious. For several years, I was part of the small but mighty Open Data Institute Toronto Node. My background is in information science and communications, and I have a Master of Information from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University.

When I’m not communing with my laptop, I can be found gardening, exploring new places, and continuing the search for the perfect cappuccino.
